Fabulous Finish Week 7 Term 4 

This week I have done Fabulous Finish, I have done Ghost he is from the book Ghost. 

The hardest bit was to colour it in because I had so much detail. 

The easiest bit was to draw it because I love to draw and I am good at drawing. 

I put a real brain inside it because I want to put flashbacks in it but in stead, I put them below the brain and put tissue in it.

This is my backpack that I made. The hardest bit was to put all of the stuff in it because I wasn't quite so what to bot in it. 

The easiest bit was to write because I love writing.

Keys of Survival Week 6 Task 1

Keys of Survival

What is the S.T.O.P acronym for survival
S.T.O.P stands for sit down, think, observing, and have a plan.

1. S stands for sit down. 
2. T is for think.
3. O is for observing. 
4. P stands for plan.

Finding fresh water
These are so thing that can help you find water.

1. Lush green plants.
2. Bugs.
3. Soggy ground.

  

Shelter
Listen to these things because if you don't you will get hurt.

1. Flat ground.
2. High ground. 
3. Dry.

Fire
This will help you make a fire.

1. Wood.

2. Flat ground. 

3. Dry ground.  

Basic first aid
This first aid is for if you don't have first aid.

1. Leafs.
2. Sticks. 
3. Vine. 

Signalling for help
Make sure that the smoke is orange, and make sure that you
blow
the whistle hard.

This week we did a task for chapter chat. 

We could choose anyone because we have finished our book for the term. 

I did Digital design. 
The hardest bit was to find the right shirt because I fond a full body shot but I found just a t-shirt.
The easiest bit was the shoes because I went on Nike id and found some shoes that I liked then I clicked on customise and made it my own shoes.

Reef Knot

This Team we are doing Whetu Suvviror. We did 3 rotation. In our 3 rotations, we are doing knots. I have done the Reef Knot.

I could use this knot for making a washing line. 
I rate this 2/5  because it wasn't so hard because all you had to do was to tight it like your shoe lash.

This week we did a task for chapter chat. 

We could choose anyone because we have finished our book for the term. 

I did away with words. 

The hardest bit was to make the poem because I had to think of the sentence that would the beginning letter. 

The easiest bit was to colour it in because I made the drawing big so I can colour it in. 

Butterfly Knot

This Team we are doing Whetu Suvviror. We did 3 rotation. In our 3 rotations, we are doing knots. I have done the Butterfly Knot.

I could use this knot when I am putting up a tent with a tarpaulin.

I rate this a 5/5 because I was so hard because I did it around my hand but it broke because I did it wrong.

Clove Hitch

This Team we are doing Whetu Suvviror. We did 3 rotation. In our 3 rotations, we are doing knots. I have done the Clove Hitch 

I could use this knot for a washing line to hang up wet togs. 

I rate this 3/5 because it was easy and hard because I cross it over but I did know to put the rope under the cross. My rope was a bit short but I manage with it. Here is my video that I used.

Shelter building 

The hardest bit was to put the sticks in and the shelter up because the stick did fit but we found some that will fit. 

The easiest bit was to put the tarpaulin up and the rope up because all you do will it you put the rope on two trees and make sore that it is tight and then you can put the tarpaulin on. I work will Logan, Joseph, and Harmen.

Chapter Chat Week 4 Creation Station

The hardest bit was to colour it in because I had so much detail. The easiest bit was to draw the detail because I  love to draw. 

Kaka Tent Ideas

The first tent we are aiming to create is called the A-frame.  An A-frame is a structure where you use 2
sturdy trees to help your structure stand.  The benefits of this tent is that it is quick and
easy to build.
It is also waterproof, even when it’s pouring down hard, this tent will stay up and protect you. 
We chose this structure because it’s simple and looks sturdy.
We also chose this structure because we
think it’ll be fun to work as a team and create the A-frame.   

The second structure our team will be creating is called the lean-to.
The lean-to is a structure where you pitch a tent between two strong trees. 
The lean-to specializes in keeping the wind out.
You put one long side the way the wind is blowing.
It is also good when you're building a fire because you can build it
closer to you so the wind can't blow it
out. 
As a team, we chose this structure because it can keep the wind out and most of all because it looked
cool.

My Calf name is Apple and she is my other calf Darther. Her name is Pineapple.  Apple got 3 4th and 1 1st. She was so good because it hates the leading and the obstacle.

I and Emma had to share a jacket each because it was so cold and wet.

How to stay build a shelter with materials around you.

1. You need a flat ground and a high ground to put your shelter on because if you put it on a slopey ground you with roll down a your shelter with go to. 

2. When you find your flat ground you start building but you will need some stuff like leaves and sticks, rocks, some logs. 

when you find all of that you start to build.

3. When you are building it you need to be care full of the pants around them because they are precious things. And be care full of you too because you are precious too. 

4. You need a bed as well so you need to make a bed all you will need some leave and some sticks because the stick will make the bottom of your bed and the leaves will make the shet of your bed. You will need to find a big leave because the can be your blanket, and your pillow is more leaves.
